Stephen has championed smarter growth, flood mitigation and a more livable future for West Ashley. During his first term he prioritized infrastructure improvements, preserved open spaces and advanced flood mitigation projects. He worked to end harmful "fill and build" practices and partnered with state and county officials to improve Glenn McConnell Parkway and Highway 61. Here's what Stephen is fighting for:
